I directed POTUS, a sharp, fast-paced political farce that follows the women working behind the scenes of an incompetent president. I was drawn to its satirical take on power, gender, and media, and to the way comedy can expose the systems that uphold authority.

The rehearsal process focused on rhythm, status, and momentum, exploring how tension builds through pace, physicality, and shifting character dynamics. Working with politically engaged actors, I developed an actor-led approach to comedy that balanced farcical energy with emotional truth.
